The best way to manipulate the game is the usage of the cheat console, if you know all required commands. In this you can easily spawn items, monsters and activate common cheats. You can enter the Admin Console by pressing “CTRL+Shift+C”. After that you can use multiple cheats to make your gaming experience a whole lot easier. You just have to promote yourself as an administrator of a server if you’re not playing in singleplayer (then you’re automaticly an administrator).
This is one of the reason why the developers of Conan Exiles implemented their own cheat engine right inside the basic game, which can be activated pretty easily. Sometimes these can even damage your computer.
